• Misrepresent your affiliation with RVNOPS or impersonate another person

Content on this site, including case studies, methodology descriptions, and insights, is general information. It does not constitute legal, clinical, regulatory, compliance, financial, investment, or other professional advice, and it is not tailored to your organization.

Healthcare operations involve regulated activity. Do not act or refrain from acting based on content from this site without obtaining qualified professional guidance specific to your situation.

Nothing on this site creates a client, advisory, or fiduciary relationship, and nothing here is an offer to perform services. Submitting the intake form, emailing us, or holding an introductory conversation does not create an engagement.

Any engagement exists only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which exclusively governs its scope, fees, deliverables, responsibilities, confidentiality, and data handling. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the engagement agreement controls for the engagement.

Information you send through the intake form or by email is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Because no engagement exists yet, do not send confidential business information, trade secrets, or anything you would not want reviewed on a non-confidential basis.

Never include patient information or protected health information in a submission. This site is not covered by a business associate agreement and is not built to receive regulated health data.

The content, design, graphics, and marks on this site, including the RVNOPS name and logo, are owned by RVNOPS or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable law. Case studies and client results are published with identifying details handled per the underlying agreements.

You may view, download, and print pages for your own internal evaluation of our services. Any other reproduction, distribution, or creation of derivative works requires our prior written permission.

The site may link to third-party websites and resources we do not control. Those links are provided for convenience, do not imply endorsement, and are used at your own risk. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RVNOPS AND KEVIN PLUMLEE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE SAME EXTENT, OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS ($100). THIS SECTION DOES NOT LIMIT LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, AND IT DOES NOT APPLY TO ANY SIGNED ENGAGEMENT AGREEMENT, WHICH CARRIES ITS OWN TERMS.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RVNOPS and Kevin Plumlee from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site, except to the extent caused by our own breach of these terms.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice, and we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent revision, and material changes will be posted on this page before they take effect.

Your continued use of the site after revised terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to a change, stop using the site.

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to the site or these terms, are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland and applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You and RVNOPS submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Maryland, and each party waives any objection to venue or personal jurisdiction in those courts.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full effect, and the unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and RVNOPS regarding use of the site.
